FORMULATION UPDATE: According to the latest Cochrane review on the prevention of Neural Tube Defects, a minimum supplementary dose of 400mcg of folate - specifically in the form of folic acid - should be taken in preconception and early pregnancy. We have therefore included a daily dose of 400mcg folic acid in our Natal Care.
Please note: Natal Care 60s still contains 200mcg Folinic Acid and 200mcg Folic Acid per capsule.
