PURE Fluid Energy Gels are a premium natural energy gel designed to provide fast fuel during exercise in a no-fuss easy-to-use way, using real ingredients, carbohydrates and electrolytes. Each inner box contains 18 x 50g PURE Fluid Energy Gels of your selected flavour.

Ingredients:

Lemon/Lime Juice:

Maltodextrin, Filtered Water, Lemon Juice (5%), Lime Juice (3%), Organic Sugar, Mineral Salt (Sodium Citrate), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid).

Pineapple Juice:

Maltodextrin, Filtered Water, Lemon Juice (5%), Lime Juice (3%), Organic Sugar, Mineral Salt (Sodium Citrate), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid).

Cola Flavor: 

Filtered Water, Maltodextrin, Organic Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice, Mineral Salt (Sodium Citrate), Natural Flavour (including Kola Nut Extract), Acidity Regulator (Phosphoric Acid), Preservatives (Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate), Caffeine.

How to Take:

RECOMMENDED USE: Use 15 minutes prior to activity, then every 30-40 minutes during exercise. Always use gel with 200-300ml of fluids to help prevent gastrointestinal upset. Maximum daily intake 10 servings.
